Listening to the needs of our clients, we are expanding our offer with a comprehensive factory insulation service for ventilation components. From now on, you can order prefabricated elements ready for installation from us, which will significantly speed up work on the construction site.
Flexibility and Manufacturing Technology We offer insulation of ducts and fittings with any type of wool.
- Standard Thicknesses: We use wool bonding (from 50 mm).
- Greater Thicknesses: To ensure durability, for thicker insulation layers, we use additional reinforcement in the form of welded pins.
Durability Guarantee The key to the quality of our service is surface preparation. Each component is thoroughly cleaned and degreased before insulation. This process eliminates the risk of the wool detaching in the future, ensuring the aesthetics and functionality of the installation for years to come. Larger components are additionally secured with a white PVC strap.
Secure Transportation We ensure that the product arrives at the construction site in perfect condition. Ordered components are secured with stretch film and, if necessary, corrugated cardboard.
